Are you ready to get into the holiday spirit? Looking for a little extra spending money leading up to December and the New Year? Are you a student who will be home for winter break and looking to make some extra cash? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

GourmetGiftBaskets.com is looking for several team-oriented individuals to join our production crew for the holiday season. These full-time temporary positions will begin immediately and last through December 23, 2022. GGB employees are team players with a strong work ethic and the desire to be part of an energized, quality-driven organization. These positions require the ability to stand on your feet and operate in a fast-paced production/assembly environment. Employees must be available to work extended schedules throughout the month of December.

    • Payroll & Benefits Specialist

      Working together with our Director of Human Resources, our Payroll & Benefits Specialist will have direct responsibility for administering all activities relating to our bi-weekly company payroll processing, overall benefit administration and HRIS data entry/maintenance.

      Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree (or High School diploma combined with experience), 3-5 years of experience processing payroll using ADP (Workforce Now), strong understanding of concepts relating to payroll, benefit administration, time & attendance and HRIS systems, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively and have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced MS Office application and numerical skills are required.

    • Business Development Representative

      Our Business Development Representatives or "Personal Gifting Concierges" are responsible for generating revenue in our B2C channel in a variety of ways including; executing a high number of outbound calls and emails to current and past clients - exploring their gifting needs and securing repeat business, as well as building lasting relationships with customers while soliciting referrals for all life's gifting occasions.

      We seek a demonstrated self-starter with a polite, friendly and upbeat personality who has exemplary telephone and written communication skills. The ability to juggle multiple tasks while thinking critically is necessary. Proven experience working within the MS Office suite of products is required. Prior retail experience is helpful. Ability to work extended hours during peak holiday timeframes is required.

    • Corporate Sales Associate

      We are looking for a result-driven Corporate Sales Associate to be responsible for working with our customers to determine their corporate gifting needs. We seek individuals who thrive in a high-volume customer-contact environment (phone, email, etc.) and enjoy recommending the very best gift solutions to their customers – all while meeting daily and quarterly sales goals.

      We seek a demonstrated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a high-volume customer contact environment is required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desired. Ability to work extended hours during peak holiday timeframes is required.
